  1. There are companies that will do these, but the interest rate will be very high. 100% self cert interest only is a big risk for the lender, so they charge high interest to make up for the risk. If you only pay baxk the interest you will need a plan for how you will pay off the loan at the end of the term.

    Look for lenders through a mortgage adviser, but watch out for the small print. You won’t get a mortgage like this from a high street lender.
