The preliminary plan I have seen will not help as many people as you think. Info that is out now is that you can’t be late on your mortgage & can’t owe more than 105% of value.

I think it sux. I was hoping you all were going to pay my mortgage off.. LOL, just kidding. Everything I have heard says it won’t help many.
