I was so lucky this book came out when it did… I read this book right before I closed on my loan, and was able to salvage the deal in my favor with a different product….Thank god. That Dale Siegel is really able to give the reader details to follow, since the people reading this are amateurs like myself… We look to the professionals to guide us…. Takes you through the process one step at a time and easy to understand…which is not always the case! I felt much more prepared after reading the book then ever before.
