My expert advice about reverse mortgages: Do not do it. Reverse mortgages are going to be the next Alt-A/no-doc loan wave of foreclosures.

Hello. You answered a question of mine like 15 mins ago. Idk how to talk to you since im on my phone.
Anyways the other guy didnt ask any questions so idk how to get a hold of him.
John is the lazy guy i pay rent to. He is sub leasing the trailer to me. And the real land owner isnt insane. She’s just nutty. She freaks out about stuff and never makes up her mind. so im sure she finally got sick of john not paying her even tho she agreed that if john took care of the land that he didnt have to pay her.
So im pretty sure she put the land on the market. but im not sure. Ive been trying to talk tol john but he never picks up a phone. So idk where or what to do?
