Ben A asked:
I have been told by a friend about ‘let to buy’ mortgages, do these still exist. I am of the understanding that we continue to pay the existing mortgage but it is rented out and this covers the mortgage. We can then get a mortgage on a new property and live there!
Any advice and websites that can help (including any mortgage providers that offer these) would be appreciated!

Not many about now. The rental market is swamped with housing.

Loads of unlet properties around, this is probably not a good idea at the moment.
