Will im trying to move into a house in i have kind of sorta ba credit and i was wondering if someone knew where i could get a mortgage loan for that much without pay no more then 1900.00 a month? or is that even possible

No it is not possible. Find an amortization table, check out current mortgage rates and you will see how far from possible it is.

Not possible. No way – no how. Even if you had perfect credit the interest alone on $700,000 is about $3500 per month.
Learn how to use an amortization calculator so you don’t ask such rediculous questions on Yahoo!Answers.
Also to qualify for a $700,000 loan you’d need an income of ~$233,000 AT A MINIMUM.
