i have money saved up but if i use it towards my emergency id be dry, i have really really bad credit, is there any place THATS NOT A PAYDAY LOAN where i can borrow at least $400 and pay it off monthly.

most banks or lending places will not loan less that 1k — not worth there time === you can also hock something – say your computer!!!
