For 300K, and nothing down, the only thing you could get for less than a grand would be an interest only.
You will just need to shop around. Banks and mortgage companies change their rates & programs on a daily basis.
You can register at LendingTree.com, or similar mortgage locater service. They are partnered with dozens of different lenders and will submit your info to all of them, and give you back a short list of the ones offering the best deal for your type of loan.

Am a mortgage loan officer . Please provide me your credit score , and the state you are located at and write to or call at 4125.751.4125 with the details as you have written .
I will get my lenders to have the best eal for you . But if credit is good i don’t think your interest rate will be more than 6 %.

I recommend United Home Funding. They are in all but 2 states and have a wide enough product range to meet your needs. Call me direct at 419-360-1404 to get an application started.
