I would suggest paying off all of those past due debts first and waiting to see your score go up. You may also want to then get a credit card for bad credit and build a good history. Then I believe at that point you would have more money saved up and can get a nice USED car. Do not get a new car because of your current situation. You do not want to go back into debt or have another repo.
