I am looking for an Access database or program in which I can process amortization schedules. I would like to see if there is one that can handle compounding interest and interest rate changes.

I did a quick google search and didn’t find anything right away for Access. There is quite a few for excel though.

You could still do it in Access, or modify the spreadsheet to your liking and import it.
